Refunds & Cancellations
At India Bazaar, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and cancellation process.
1. 5-Day Replacement & Refund Policy
We offer a 5-day window for replacements or refunds starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order ID or invoice handy to initiate the process.
Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within this 5-day period so we can arrange a swift replacement at no extra cost to you.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed.
Payment Method: For orders paid via UPI or online methods, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for bank or UPI details to transfer the refund.
Timeline: Most refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Cancellations
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
After Shipping: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still opt for a return or replacement once the package reaches you, subject to our 5-day policy.
Note: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps us resolve any claims regarding damaged or missing items much faster.
